Today has been a long but interesting and productive day. We were all in and around the city of Oneonta on various visits relating to our vocations. Each team member will be writing about what they've done and learnt, and many thanks go to Paul Patterson who organised the many different aspects of the day.
We had a full day of visits, from 9am to 5pm with 45 minutes for lunch in a local restaurant. We then headed straight off into the countryside to a reception with three rural Rotary clubs. We did our presentation (without Powerpoint!) then headed back in the first rain we've had since arriving in the US. We're now relaxing with a well-earned beer back at our host's home on the outskirts of the city.
